Rawlings' Coolflo Catcher’s Helmet Is Made for Comfort

Be comfortable and confident you're protected with a Rawlings' hockey style Coolflo catcher's helmet.

Rawlings' tone-on-tone catcher's helmet (model number HLCH1S) is 25 percent lighter than comparable helmets, and it meets NOCSAE safety standards.

"I've always worn All-Star, and this definitely is lighter and as far as I can tell, it is better,” wrote Jardue012 in an online review at RawlingsGear.com.

"My son prefers the Rawlings because it is much lighter than other brands,” seconded reviewer equipmom.

The ultra-lightweight, anodized aluminum cage is strong and durable.

The inside padding is also incredibly lightweight, and it's covered with Rawlings' Pro Dri Plus fabric to wick away moisture and prevent the spread of germs.

Calling it the “best fit,” BigDaddy wrote that the helmet is the most comfortable for his son.

"It was the only one that did not irritate his neck when removing quickly. We play double headers in June, in Florida, and he usually catches both games. The light and airy helmet allows him to stay cool and perform at his best," he wrote.

The outside finish is a tone-on-tone metallic highlight fade paint job. It is available in navy, royal, scarlet, dark green, cardinal, purple or maroon.

This adjustable helmet fits sizes 7-1/8 to 7-3/4.
